We had a twin room with big, comfy beds and thick, heavy quilts. Very tastefully decorated with a theme matching the 18th century building yet still modern. Fantastic views of horses in the fields and a swing in the huge oak tree outside. Delicious breakfast including a lovely, fresh fruit salad. The whole place was just perfect!
That we only stayed one night!

great host who could not be more helpful and pleasant. Accommodation was very warm and welcoming. Wide range of food for breakfast. A really lovely atmosphere throughout. Ideal base for seeing local sites of interest and very easy access to the farm. Would certainly like to visit again sometime in the future. One nice touch was fresh milk daily instead of those dreadful little posts of milk.
We were happy

fabulous setting, beautiful building and comfortable
Breakfast was a big let down, overcooked or had been standing under heater far too long. Maybe being single handed due to injury did not help.
