Location was perfect for us. Nice walk into cockermouth.
Every thing we needed in the accommodation for 5 adults.
Plenty of room and complementary bottle of wine and Kendal mint cake added bonus.
No patio furniture. It would have been nice to sit out in the evening sun as a family

Very nice, spacious property. Well looked after, clean to a good standard.

The house is spacious, clean and well maintained, with sufficient on street parking in addition to the rather steep driveway. It is in walking distance to the Cockermouth shops and restaurants, and only a short drive away from Keswick, the coast, and the starting points of some fantastic walks. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate going back.
The kitchen was underequipped, but this was resolved in the first days of our stay.
