Perfect location, about a 10-minute walk to the Duomo.
The apartment is clean and spacious and was perfect for 3 people. There is AC in every room, so the temperature inside the apartment was comfortable despite the heat outside.
We had to call a few times and wait on the line before finally reaching the assistant who provided us with the door code for check-in.
There were no paper towels in the kitchen, which made it difficult to clean up after cooking. There was a coffee maker (as shown in the photos on Booking.com), but there was no coffee provided in the apartment at all.
The bed in the bedroom is a bit small, and the mattress is too soft, so it was not comfortable at all.

Great Florence experience. Apartment has a nice vibe to it. High sealings, narrow pasages, bricks and wood.
It is fully equiped (washer-dryer, kithcen, all).
It was super clean.
Location excelent.
All furniture but the chairs is new (those need to be changed)
FID and fuses constantly were falling, there is some electrical instalation problem.
Bed is super soft, big issue for bigger men.
1st floor and no stairs.
On hot days AC can not bring under 28 deg C during the day, night 27.
They charge 10e a day for a cot. 7 days is 70e for a cot that costs 50e

Apartamento muy bonito, buen espacio, muy amplio y bien decorado, cocina con todo tipo de utensilio y básicos muy útiles. Barrio tranquilo y agradable.
Cama muy incómoda, hace falta cambio de colchón.
