It was clean and the little tub with all the essentials in it I loved this

It could have been closer to the reception but wasn’t to far I’m just not a big walking person

Real good layout, entertainment near the park football area golf and bar which helps. Caravans really clean and comfy (silver)

The stupid speed bump on exit absolutely no need for it, my low car scraped each time. Get rid of it.

Location of property. Sat in front of a beautiful lake.

Attitude of staff . Whilst there my dog became very ill. I called and asked if someone could please drive me with my dog to the nearest vet or could i book a taxi and the site would let them in to collect me and my dog from the property. Both suggestions were refused. Taxi cant come on to site to collect us. They couldnt drive us. I had no option but to lie my seriously ill dog on the back seat of my car and drive us to vet. My dog died later that day. When my dog was ill, i called abd asked them to change the bedding and towels as my dog had soiled them when ill. They said they would and, that never came to fruition. I slept the night my dog died without any bedding or ability to wash and dry !!. I had no option but to leave property and go home. A request to refund me for a stay cut short was promptly refused. I just feel that they could have been a bit more considerate and helpful in these circumstances. Sometimes it shouldnt all be about money. A bit of care and concern from such a large site for their customers should be more forthcoming. These extra measures would take this company much further for repeat clients.
