Os lençóis eram excelentes! Os quartos são espaçosos e com boa iluminação, cozinha bem equipada e banheiro novo. Excelente experiência para 4 pessoas. O melhor ponto de chegada é a estação Ca Rezzonico do vaporetto :)

Foi difícil a comunicação inicial, pelos dados no booking. Tive que fazer uma ligação, num primeiro momento. Depois que entrei em contato por Whats app, tudo foi facilitado.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet part of town but so close to all the things you want. The apartment t was spacious, beautiful view, comfortable and well equipped.

Vintage stila mājvieta - vēsturisku mājvietu cienītājiem. Ļoti vēlējos nakšņot tieši senatnīgā gaisotnē, un šeit to var piedzīvot jau no pirmā brīža - sena ēka pie viena no Venēcijas kanāliem, iekšpusē cēlas kāpnes, visur augstie griesti, istabā seni koka baļķu griesti, pamatīga koka galds, senlaicīga stila mēbeles. Padomāts par detaļām atmosfēras radīšanai - piemēram, Venēcijas maskām. Pietiekami aprīkota virtuve, laba gultasveļa. Bija iespēja ierasties nedaudz ātrāk, lai noliktu somas un dotos apskatīt pilsētu. Pirms 15. oktobra nebija pieejams sildītājs - tika skaidrots, ka to neļauj lietot pirms šī datuma (man naktī galva sala, segas varēja vēl dabūt). Lai gan vieta atrodas kādas 15-20 minūtes no paša centra, jau šajā rajonā ir vecpilsētas un senas gaisotnes noskaņa - staigā kā pa muzeju. Diezgan tuvu ir stacija - nav tālu jāstumj/jāceļ (pa daudzajām trepēm) čemodāni. Pa abu guļamistabu logiem ir burvīgs skats (skat. fotogrāfijā) un saulainā laikā burvīgas gaismas un ik pa laikam visu papildina baznīcu zvani. Skaisti!

Unfortunately the property fell below our expectations and we do feel there was a lack of transparency in the listing - The provided keys are difficult to use, making entry and exit of the apartment and courtyard difficult especially at night. The courtyard that the apartment is located in is an active construction site with no functioning lighting at night - meaning the stairs are pitch black and dangerous if you don’t have a torch. We messaged about this on our first evening and received no reply. The ‘air conditioning’ must have been broken because a single portable air unit was in the apartment on arrival - and was attached to the window in a way that meant we couldn’t close the window. This led to our family of 5 being bitten by numerous mosquitos in the night and being unable to secure our belongings during the day with the open window. The unit was not cheap and being provided a consolation to what we were promised really does not cut it for the rate we were charged. The most confusing and uncomfortable part of the whole experience was that, as we were preparing to check out, a man let himself into the apartment and sat at the kitchen table!?!? We asked if he was the owner to which he responded ‘no, you need to be out by 10’. This is just ludicrous behaviour and we were in no way warned anyone would be coming into the space while we were getting dressed and packing. Honestly we’re disappointed and pretty upset about the experience with this apartment and will be seeking accommodation elsewhere when we return to Venice. I wouldn’t recommend.
