The room was clean and housekeeping was very helpful everyday. The check in process was smooth and the front desk workers were available for any questions at all times, they were really nice as well. The location is a short walk from both the JFK airtrain and the E train to Manhattan. The street itself to get over to the entrance is a little dark, but that isn't the hotel's fault. Overall I would stay again.

The area is a little sketch but nothing that concerned me. The hallway & room could have used a good vacuum & sweep but not too bad. Bed super comfy and every single member of the staff was friendly & helpful. I'd stay here again in the future!

Room was clean, halls were not. Bed was comfortable. Parking is very limited so have to be there real early. Room service and food options were great, but they didn't have what my husband ordered so just picked something else instead of calling.

The parking is extremely limited. Parking should not be listed as a feature. The room was ok, but a bit of a smell (pet related?). Neighbors were friendly but the hotel and street were very noisy at night.
