The staff was great. Family owned. You could feel the love.

The hotel is wonderful but the staff were the star of our stay. Family owned and operated, they do not take any liberties making sure every moment of your stay is perfect. Stefanno and Nicolette were gracious hosts.
We taxied in from the airport and taxied out to the train station easily. Coming home each evening after our days in Venice became a highlight as we were always greeted at the front door. The hosts even waived us off on our water taxi as we departed.
We will stay here again the next time we visit Venice.

Excellent! We got the room with the view of the Grand Canal and it was totally worth it. Full service European breakfast. And included a taxi ride to Marano, which is also a must see. We actually walked here from the main parking area. But you can also take a motoscafi or water taxi.

Nicoletta and her team made our stay so amazing. So cozy and comfortable. Very easy to get to rialto bridge from the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!! Can't wait to come back.
