Decent stay, good location, excellent views and very comfortable sleep. Not too shabby, I must say.

Hotel in a great location and views from room were tremendous - had a small issue whereby we had a power cut (isolated to the room we were in) whereby the team at the hotel fixed as soon as we reported this then had on the following day the fridge break down (assume it was linked to the room tripping out) which again the team fixed after we reported this - great hotel , team were excellent (I suppose the fact the power tripped was not in the hotel control however it happened and did affect one of our days due to none of our equipment charging overnight for the day we had planned. Just to confirm though we would definitely stay at this hotel again if and when we revisit Shanghai

Easy to walk to Bund.
Great views of Bund at night. Can walk to Bund/ Nanging Rd in 10-5 min.
If you want a Pearl view ask them for this in the other wing.
We enjoyed the Club dining morning and evening drinks. Very personal. More quiet than the very busy large buffet.
