Great home, comfortable stay for our family and nice location

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is large and has a great layout with the master suite in the back of the house away from everything. Beds were comfortable as was the furniture. I gave the home 4 stars because it could use a deep cleaning and the kitchen was stocked to a bare minimum. That being said, I would probably rent this home again.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was close to downtown which was important because of Mardi Gras. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the den. It could have used a larger dining table because there were only 4 chairs and there were 6 of us. Check in went smoothly. Check out was hectic because we had to be out by 10. With 2 small children and a whole house to pack up we were very rushed. It would be nice if the check out could be 11. The host was very available and accommodating. Overall it was a great house and we would rent it again.

I adult good about staying here again. Our host went out of his way to help solve an issue with the tv which we appreciated very much. The homey atmosphere welcomed us back for our second stay.
