The kitchen and outdoor space were great and very easy to connect to the main TV. The location was very good with quick access to Bondi Junction Shopping Centre. The fridge and appliances were all modern and comfortable.
On arrival, all of the couches were wet, and we couldn't use them for the evening.
We noticed that noise carried very easily in this setting. We were mindful of the house rules and moved all guests inside at 9 pm with doors shut; however, we were still contacted about noise before 10 pm.
The downstairs room was stale, and the air conditioning did not work or was not easy to control.

Directions were not great. Told to go to front for lock box, however it was at the back where the vehicle entrance is
Cleanliness, or lack thereof. Major trip hazard in garage (one person fell into the hole which had been left in concrete floor).
Rubbish bins were dirty, large cylinder of nitrous oxide left on balcony from previous guests. Are around the dartboard was filthy.
Only 2 cups for tea, despite the property sleeping 8, however copious amounts of wine glasses.
No sun shade to main kitchen area or deck, impossible to be in there in afternoon.
Pocket nets in pool table broken. When potting a ball it would fall on floor.
For $300pn/pp was expecting better standards.
