O estacionamento mencionado no anúncio é do comércio no térreo do prédio, gratuito.

The apartment was nice and clean. It was also close to the train station and near the Ferrari museum.

3 things: 1. I received a WhatsApp message on the day of the check-in requesting payment. In the end it was a legitimate request, but this demand for money looked like a scam. It would have been more secure to send the request in the Booking messaging system itself. 2. The apartment number was not communicated to us, so when we arrived at the main door we had to ask for more information. It would have been handy to have this information before. 3. While the closeness to the train station was the selling point of the apartment, we had to go to the opposite side of Modena to collect the keys.
