From the moment I did my check in, I felt welcomed and at home! He was so kind and gave me so much helpful information, I really appreciated it! The location was great and I loved the space. I had everything I needed in the apartment and this will be where I’d like to stay in the future when I come to Florence.
If I’d have to give any feedback, I’d say the room can use just a few cleaning touch ups, maybe a cleaning of the curtains, some dusting around the windows. But nothing that affected my stay in a negative way. I was very pleased!

The property was in a fabulous location and had everything you needed for a longer stay. The kitchenette was perfect and the washer was great too. It was decorated so cutely!
It was crazy hot that week and the apartment was so incredibly hot. The AC wasn’t strong enough. The bed was also very hard. They did bring me a fan and an extra mattress pad to make it a bit more comfortable.

The staff were wonderful; very easy to communicate with. The space itself was clean, compact and comfortable. The apartment provides easy access to the historical city as well as the less touristy areas.
The area is very close to Ponte Vecchio, so expect some noise. Earplugs worked well for sleeping.
