For us the location was great
All the bedrooms had their own bathrooms
A broken bed that was unable to be slept on
Not enough plates, cutlery and glasses etc
Not enough room to all sit and eat

Location, size and space in the house.
We contacted the host about a minor issue and they responded very quickly.
We felt there was a lack of crockery in the kitchen.
We were cold overnight and struggled to operate the heating system, it seemed to lose connection to the iPad on the Sunday evening.
