I really liked the property’s cleanliness, comfortable atmosphere, and convenient location. The space was well maintained, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Beautiful establishment

Washing machine 🤣 Home away from home type of thing.

Was not able to watch TV remote batteries needed to be changed.😁 And floor mat is far from the door shower angle.

The facilities within the accommodation were excellent. Very well maintained, everything was tasteful and clean. The bedsheets, towels etc. were all clean. Overall very well taken care of and excellently decorated.

Firstly, the host made us wait a decent amount of time after arrival, regardless of the fact we gave notice in advance of the time we’ll be arriving. The lady who came to hand over the keys then didn’t even know which unit we would be checking into. I let the caretaker know there was no toilet roll. She said unfortunately they didn’t have time to go to the shops. During our stay NO ONE came to give us toilet roll as we had requested. Secondly there was a dirty used panty liner stuck on the shower door. Even after complaining and requesting for someone to remove it, no one did during our stay. Which also means the bathroom may not have been cleaned before we arrived. This is absolutely disgusting and should have been dealt with on immediate notice of the problem.
