Superb location, you can literally do everything walking and you are close to the station, restaurants and shops.
The host did allow me to check in a bit in advance and they leave coffees and teas

Location was great, everything was within walking distance.
Upon entering, there was a smell of cigarettes that stayed even after airing for over 2 hours. The bathroom was dimly lit and the shower was dripping.
