The staff was very polite specially Mr. Ankit and Mr. Lakshman. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Location was a bonus as it is close to beach. it's a fabulous stay very close to nature with ample of parking facility.
The path to the stay from main road was little risky and road is not there at all, it's muddy a way. During raining season it's risky. It would have been better if there would be a proper road.

Maintained well. The hosts were very helpful.
Internet connectivity and road connectivity not good.

Ankit was a superb host. He helped me with travel tips to reach the town and his property. He also provided me with useful suggestions to places/attractions nearby. For the price I paid, location of the property and amenities were a steal deal.
Not a major issue but housekeeping could have cleared out the garbage kept in the dustbin outside the rooms everyday which would have helped in keeping the overall property cleaner.

Great location close to main beach
No wash basin, had to brush, wash etc using kitchen sink which was in a very bad condition. No mirror to shave.
No cups or mugs provided to make tea or coffee. When requested, we were provided paper cups.
When we arrived in the afternoon, there was very loud religious music blasting from a nearby venue and it went on till evening. Not great for a peaceful stay.
