I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay."

Only room condition was good.
The room allotted to me was on the 4th floor, and the lift was not working for two days during my stay. The staff did not assist with carrying my luggage, so I had to carry it myself and climb up to the 4th floor. During checkout, I requested the staff to help carry my luggage downstairs via the stairs, but the staff member asked for money first. Found cockroach in the room also. This was a very bad and disappointing experience.
