Kalbarri Motor Hotel

The location is fantastic - you just cross the road and you are on the foreshore, and within walking distance to shops and cafes. The rooms are beautiful and luxurious after the recent renovations. The decor was fresh and modern. Having USB ports next to both sides of bed was very convenient. The bathroom was spotless with a modern walk-in shower. Everything was clean and well-designed.

1) After 2 nights, the cleaning staff replaced the used towels and cake of soap. For environmentally friendly purposes, there should be a note in the bathroom that if guests require fresh towels, then for guests to leave the used towels on the floor. As for the cake of soap, the cleaning staff could leave a new one, but not discard the opened one. 2) I had trouble locating motel as the motel name signage wasn't prominent - I could not see the small flag with motel name.

Great location and loved the thoughtful touches for washing dishes, make up removal cloths and close to the tavern.

The view out our door was a dump site at the rear of the property and the smell of the garbages were strong.

Location

Only location right in front of the beach. Lots of people walking in front of the hotel rooms. So a lot of kids and children playing in front of unit hotel.

After staying for 14 days was hoping to get the best place and choice of stay for my bucket lists. Unfortunately, not so housekeeping was a disappointment had to asked for clean towels and changed of bedsheets every 3 to 6 days. Coffee and milk was not replenished had to buy my own. Didn't get much help from staff. Not for long stay, short stay would be better.
