The actual unit itself was lovely - good quality furnishings and well thought out with the equipment and linens supplied. They have gone to considerable effort to make this place comfy and appealing - well done Kate & Lance.
Our biggest problem was the access. Not obvious from the online booking that the driveway did not go down the side of the property. One of our party was on crutches and access down the stairs at the side to the unit was difficult for her with no handrail to use. A handrail would have made a heap of difference. I would recommend this accommodation to others but be aware of the stairs.

Excellent location and good contact information received. We were there only one night and it was close to the event we were going to.
Parking was tight, but that's par for the course there I suspect

Everything we needed for a one night stay - really great that we could bring our dog along (lovely secure garden). Comfy bed and pillows - great TV! Short walk to the beach.
all as described (only thing we missed was a coffee plunger - and that's our fault for not bringing one along!!)
