- The room and bathroom were clean, and all the amenities were in place. Wonderful views of the valley and Sighnaghi. - The staff were nice and friendly (a rarity in Georgia). - The “Aura” restaurant (the one on the ground floor serving Georgian cuisine) was really good. - The spa, including the pools and saunas, was of high quality. We also enjoyed a relaxing couples’ massage, which was excellent and cost 320 GEL (~$125). - Breakfast was good, although we noticed that some pieces of cheese appeared to be leftovers from the previous day.

- The second restaurant on the fourth floor: We ordered a cheese platter, a fruit platter, a mixed berry tart, and wine. The tart came with strawberries only. The fruit platter consisted of just one nectarine, a couple of plums, a few strawberries, and a handful of grapes, despite costing around 40–50 GEL. - Spa changing rooms: The showers had some mold, and the walls were in need of maintenance. - Swimwear availability: My wife needed a swimsuit, but the only option available for purchase at the spa was from a French brand and cost 900 GEL (~$350). I think it would be reasonable to offer some more affordable alternatives rather than leaving guests with no practical options.

An outstanding hotel and property that was one of the strongest accommodation experiences of our trip. The grounds are extremely well maintained, the staff are friendly and professional, and the dining options are excellent, especially Lagaza with its European-style cuisine. The pool area is superb and never felt overcrowded, and there is even a pizza bar. Tea lovers will appreciate the huge selection and tasting options, while the beautiful wine cellar is ideal for wine tasting. The service was exceptional for the price, including a free mini-shuttle from the parking area, complimentary breakfast packs when needed, and better room quality than expected from online photos. The views from the rooms, pool, restaurants, and paddle tennis area were wonderful, and the modern gym was another bonus.

The only small issue was an occasional smell from the air-conditioning, which seemed specific to our room and was addressed with the staff.

Great location, friendly staff, large breakfast buffet. There's a spa and swimming pools.

The Georgian restaurant was delicious, but the menu was very small. The European restaurant had a beautiful view, but the food was terrible. My burger was raw, and when I told the waiter about it, he just shrugged; I didn't even hear "sorry." The hotel itself is new, but already shabby, with many small details looking out of place. The spa has a sauna and a hammam. The hammam had eucalyptus steam right away; I used the sauna until the staff decided to add eucalyptus there, too. I have a terrible allergy to eucalyptus, so the sauna and hammam are no longer available to me. The staff barely speaks English. If you want a mountain view, don't book rooms with pool and mountain views; they don't have them, even though they say they do. There was also a promised mini-bar, but there was no mini-bar, there was just an empty refrigerator. Overall, this is not a 5-star hotel.
