Location is excellent. Very close to the heart of Katoomba and other attractions.
Not being able to park in the driveway could have been painful if the on street parking wasn't available.

Close to the Music Festival (10 min walk), close to a national park hike walk
Roomy, nice skylights, quiet nights
Smelled damp and mouldy when we walked in.
There were mold stains on the kitchen wooden bench, mold on some window transverse bars, and what looked like mold in the master bathroom ceiling.
The smell dissipated after leaving windows opened for 2 days, but as we were only staying two days, we really only spent time in the cottage to sleep.
Both beds are double size and mid to firm spring mattresses, kinda average comfort wise.
