The design was Morden, clean and location was alright. Self check in and out was easy. Rapid reply to questions as well

My room was closer next door bathroom, it’s a door deciding my room and the toilet so noise from the shower and the flashing of toilet is loud in my room.

The house was spotless and warm, we were very comfortable using the facilities and were surprised to find little shower gel and mini soap included alongside 2 towels each.

A bit noisy when another room was occupied next door as their bathroom was attached to our room through a locked door so we could hear everything...

It was clean tidy and everything I expected

Nothing

Very clean! Fairly quiet, no issues with other guests Simple access Good bedding and towels provided Kettle and instant coffee in room

Bed in room AA is under a low beam, so if you have two people sharing one of you is more or less guaranteed to get a concussion No soap in bathroom so you have to take it from your room every time you go Strict rules feel unwelcoming, e.g. any belongings left in common areas at any time may be thrown away Automated messages tried to guilt-trip me into leaving a higher rated review than I really wanted I was unsettled by the requirement to pay a deposit on a card, when Booking.com strongly encourages you not to click any third party payment links. (It was fine in the end, the deposit was not claimed.)
