Lounge diner was a great space for our group to hang out in the evenings. Good place for the price. Clean and tidy.

The property could be first class, but there were a number of things which did bug our group. The seating in the front room isn’t particularly functional or comfortable for a larger groups, The door from the hall to the kitchen looks like the existing back entrance doorway before the extension was done and a couple of us tripped over the lip and stubbed toes a few times. Not entirely sure why the fridge freezer is in the utility room as opposed to the big kitchen area. Bifold doors were great to have open, but didn’t always feel safe opening them. Fans were provided for hot weather but not all of them worked which was annoying.
