Great location in Midtown, walkable to many restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the host was very friendly and responsive.

The place has everything one needs. But, it lacks any warmth or charm. The white walls, blackout curtains, and all black furniture — including lots of empty black shelving — make it look like a post-college bachelor pad.

I had a nice mellow stay here, much better than a casino hotel, or one of the skeezy cheap motels in the area. Location is great: in the 'Mid-Town' area that seems to be the 'cool' place for the locals to hang out, with restaurants and cafes. Only a not unpleasant one-mile walk up to downtown/casino area if you want that. I just enjoyed being able to play my musical instrument in the morning without having to bother anybody (I mean, I hope) then having the afternoon/evening to explore the neighborhood and/or just hang out at the cool cafe around the block on Virginia. I was just looking for a quiet place, and this place is it.

The interior is dark: on purpose for privacy and to keep out the hot sun. But the blinds are all black. This is a self-contained unit on the back of a house, though you can hear the house inhabitants thumping around at times. There are also two 'casita' units in back, though they were mostly unnoticiable. But, people all around, thus the black shades

Great value for the money! Great location! Perfect space for a couple. Perfect work space set-up if you'll be working during this stay! Within a few minutes walking distance to several Midtown restaurants, taverns and shops.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Feedback for potential improvement mirror an earlier commenter in that renters' appreciation might be improved if wash cloths and more than 1 hand towel were furnished, and also a low-cost free-standing toilet tissue stand. Those items weren't a huge deal for us, but I do agree those items would enhance renters' stay and positive perception.

It was downtown. Right near everything so we didn’t have to do a lot of driving around to get to where we wanted to be. It was quiet.

While it was fixed up pretty cute, it needed a good deep cleaning. The living room rug was pretty black with dirt in some areas. The laminate floors were sticky to walk on. There was only one bed instead of 3. 3 places to sleep but only one double size bed. We couldn’t figure out how to change the couch to a bed. The bathroom needs a lighter color shower curtain because there was no light in the tub area and the black curtain made it too dark to see when showering. We had to scrub the tub before we could use it. It was filthy. The sheets on the bed weren’t clean. We had to get up under the bed to plug in the night lights. The screen door needs fixing. We had to really jar it to get it open. There was no washcloths or hand towels.
