Location is excellent as its right in the middle of busy Chatswood central. Walking distance from the Metro/Train station. The supermarkets are a short walk away and its right opposite from Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre which has almost everything you need. The room is also quiet and up on the 9th storey with an excellent view.
There was only 2 towels provided for 2 of us for 4 nights. No hand towels either. The extra pillows in the wardrobe had no pillow case on. The water pressure in the shower is very low so takes a while to have a shower.

Nice and convenient location
The shower had mould everywhere and coated with bugs. Was very unsanitary and unhealthy.
