If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking. - During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. - A 50-amp car charging outlet is available near the trash bins close to the driveway. Guests will need to bring their own charging cable to use the outlet. - Please note that the home is located in the Palm Springs airport flight paths. Lots of guest enjoy the homes and much are not bothered by this but on some occasions guest reviews are impacted by this small detail.
