This home is not recommended for children under 6. - As required by local regulations, door alarms are installed on all doors leading to the pool area. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children. - Please note, there is no ice maker on-site; only ice cube trays are provided. Parking Details: Space for 10 cars on the driveway. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
