Violations may be subject to fines starting at $500 - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. During Santa Rosa's declared wildfire season all wood burning or solid-fuel burning fire pits, fireplaces, and BBQs/grills are strictly prohibited - Quiet hours must be observed between 9 pm and 8 am. - Max overnight occupants: 10. - An additional 4 daytime guests can be at the property. - The pool is heated by solar from May to September, and the temperature depends on outside weather conditions.
