Home Truths: - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking. - Pool heat is $150/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay. - Pool heat is not available between May 1 and October 1. - No outside music is allowed. - During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. Indoor music must not be audible outside the property. - Pool Use: Keep noise and pool activities at a reasonable level. Excessive shouting or disturbances are prohibited. - Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID. - Trash & Recycling: Keep trash in designated containers and out of public view. Follow scheduled collection guidelines. - Guest Responsibility: The primary renter is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with local regulations. - Important: Violations may result in fines starting at $500, citations, or immediate eviction.
