If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. -  Cell Service is limited to due its location and proximity to cell towers. - Please obey the posted 10mph speed limit on the driveway. - The hot tub is a soaking tub and does not feature powerful jets. It includes only small jets for heating and filtration. - *Please Note:* Please do not remove or adjust the pool vacuum during your stay. The vacuum is designed to remain in the pool and runs regularly to help keep the pool clean throughout your reservation. If the pool vacuum is removed at any point during your stay, an additional fee may be charged. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the equipment in place. Parking Details: Circular driveway can accommodate 10 vehicles.
