Manager was exceptionally helpful and professional - very pleasant to interact with.
The room was great - clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy.
Key lock box was a little tricky, but this may have been resolved since our stay. I also had trouble with the front door key sticking, but this could possibly have been me.

Nassar as the host was very friendly and made sure that the guests were comfortable all my requests and queries were answered promptly. He personally made sure the kitchen was clean and refilled it with essentials such as drinking water, tea bags, sugar and spices needed, it was a great experience
