Location is great, few mins from beach also even closer to the tram which takes only 20 mins to go to old town. Surrounded with lots of delicious food options. Facility has everything you need -including umbrella for the beach which saved ~30€/day.
Nothing i can think about. If i have to find something wrong i would like to have a window to get fresh air easier but the high sealing made room specious enough it actually is not a big deal.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, featuring new kitchenware—pots, a frying pan, and a dish drying rack—as well as a new set of cups, saucers, and plates. It is equipped with an induction cooktop and a separate, modern ventilation system. There is air conditioning in both the room and the shower area, and all plumbing fixtures are modern and new. The ceilings are up to 4 meters high, ensuring an airy feel to the space. It features a nice dining table and chairs, and the room's interior is thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing.

Very nicely and thoughtfully renovated apartment, keeping much of the original decor.
It's in a very comfortable location, specially if you are off for a break without a car as it's close to lots of ammenities, 5 min walk to the beach and many transport options.
I missed an oven but hey, but so many options for great and affordable food around no need for cooking, rather spend it on the beach.

Está genial ubicado y es muy cómodo. Hacía muchísimo calor en Valencia y pudimos dormir muy cómodos y fresquitos.
