Amazing property! Absolutely perfect for a night away in Chelmsford. Extremely clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault it. Will definitely stay again if I come this way again!

A little hard to find from the postcode provided although may just be user error!! Also, would have been nice for a hairdryer etc in the bedroom. Be aware this is up 3 flights of stairs so if you have bad knees etc, this may not be suitable for you.

Modern, clean and very comfortable

We didn’t know it was at the top of the building- the stairs were a little bit tough on my friends new knees There was nothing to clean the kitchen - no cloth, no tea towel

The apartment is immaculate! Modern facilities very stylish and had lots of extras ! The little touches count ! The location to the centre couldn’t be any better everything on your doorstep inc parking

The only issue was the initial information provided from booking .com the codes were incorrect and the key code instructions were also incorrect until you read further down the instructions were the errors were repeated but with different codes ! But the owner did telephone to support once seen on camera

The rooms were clean. The towels in the bathroom and ensuite were of good quality. The location is excellent, central and within walking distance of the station. Chelmsford has a park, canal and river, plenty of eating places and shops. There is a daly covered market plus stalls in the central precinct selling good quality fish and bread etc.

It has a balcony but not as one would expect a balcony to be - it is a grubby concrete area that one would not want to sit in. No towels in the kitchen either for hands or dishes. No kitchen towel or cling film. There is a Nespresso machine with only 4 capsules. There are no knives capable of slicing so if you buy any of the lovely bread from the bakery stall you can't cut it. The oven and grill pan were filthy but, credit to the owner, he came within the hour and cleaned them. There is no microwave as promised. The owner offered to bring one. There is no hairdryer as promised. I did not raise this matter. There are 2 double bedrooms so one would assume it sleeps 4 but only a 2 seater settee and 3 mugs. The second bedroom has a bed and a bedside table - nowhere to put clothes. Although the facilities listed are "Wardrobe or closet" the mirrored wardrobe in the main bedroom is locked and the only place available for clothes is a rack with 5 coat-hangers. The owner brought 8 more but there is no drawer space. The main bedroom has floor to ceiling windows but no blackout curtains behind the nets, making it too light to sleep. Apart from the hanging rack, that, too, only had the bed and bedside table. There is no instruction booklet advising about rubbish collection or where to take rubbish, no info re the WiFi and other information which one would normally expect.
