Nice warm greeting from the staff. I thought the bed was very nice and very well made up.
Most of the fittings and fixtures in the room were damaged, but when I shop around by price I don't mind anyway; I just want a clean bed, secure door and private bathroom and it ticked all the boxes. The shower floor floods a bit because the drain is ~2mm proud of the floor.
The tea and coffee tray is a nice touch but there was no milk jugs or coffee-mate which meant we didn't want a cup in the morning.
I'm not sure there was WiFi; I couldn't find it and I didn't see any key for one.
Overall, I quite liked it and would happily stay again.
