The space
On the ground floor you will find a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, with an extendable table that comfortably seats 8 people. There is a fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, food mixers, as well as a large selection of cooking utensils. The kitchen is connected to a dining room, with large sliding windows with direct access to the garden. The kitchen is an open space with the living room which in turn leads to a hallway where you find the second entrance and bathroom, with shower. An expansive covered patio, accessed from the kitchen and dining room, is the ideal spot to experience al fresco dining, whilst enjoying a local bottle of Montepulciano, and watching the magnificent sunset over the mountains.

A very comfortable staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, with shower and bidet. All bathrooms have hairdryers. One of the bedrooms also has a wonderful panoramic terrace. The hallway leads to an expansive terrace with breathtaking views.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is free WiFi connection. There is also a pellet stove in the kitchen, for our winter guests, in addition to the central heating.
