Quiet easy process for getting to my room. No interaction with other person - was simply given codes to access front door and to the room.
Room had a bed and simple bathroom - all I needed for a one night stay.
Bathroom was a little run down and could use some upgrades.

Clean
The shower hardly works within the small bathroom space. Can hear clearly if someone walking on the floor.

Family room was great, 2rooms with a/c, big screen tv and wireless charging station for mobile in each room, also free water & freshly ground coffee machine from the entrance hall!
our room completely lacked natural light as no window lead outdoor

The location was good, closecti restaurants and train station
The room was too small, with even with one suitcase and 2 hand cabin bags it was difficult to move in the room
The bed mattress was too soft, not good for your back
