the location was a little out of the way but was very surprised to find the very nice place. We were super comfortable there and the place was basically brand new.

The flat is very clean, modern and looks exactly like in the picture! The bathroom is huge - the shower and the double sinks were amazing. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything we needed. Overall, we had a really nice stay!
Like the other reviews mention, the location is outside of Moab, but that was fine for us by car. I would also have preferred white towels and bedding (although everything was very clean, of course!). Finally, I would suggest adding blackout curtains in the bedroom, especially since it is facing the parking.

sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche, riesiges Bad mit 3 Duschen und 2 Waschbecken, Parkplatz vorhanden
etwas außerhalb von Moab gelegen, aber mit Auto kein Problem
