I spent a long weekend in Como with my nephew. We were very happy with this apartment. It is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen had everything. The entire interior was modern, very nice, and stylishly furnished. The single garage and elevator are also great. The view from the balcony is of an inner courtyard, but that didn't bother us, as it was quiet. The city center of Como is just a few minutes' walk away. Contact with the rental agency was easy. They were always available via WhatsApp. We will rent this apartment again. We were very satisfied.

There were a lot of keys on the key ring. It would be helpful if the keys were labeled so that you know which key is for which door. There was no balcony furniture on the balcony. But maybe that was because the outside of the apartment hadn't been completely renovated yet.

Location, Comfort, Facilities... all great

Rental decor was nice.

It was very disappointing to learn we had to go to a rental office to pick up keys and then get another taxi to our rental. Rental unit was hard to find, even with pictures provided. Hallways were dark and door lock was very hard to open. Could have used some maps or info and recommendations on Como. Directions on light switches in unit would be helpful also.
