The house and the swimming pool are amazing! It is spacious and well furnished. The outside area is very comfy for long summer evenings.
Wonderful Italy is not so wonderful! The agency renting out the place is a mess. They don't reply to questions by messages half the time. If you call their hotline, you'll have to wait on the line for 30+ minutes. The person doing the check-in was late. We asked for a baby cot, it was not arranged when we arrived. We asked for a late checkout at 11:00, it was refused, so we organised ourselves to be ready to leave at 10:00, the person who was supposed to do the checkout never came. We finally did it at 11:00 with the cleaning crew. This is so disrespectful.
