Communication, location, washing machine
Was advertised as 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, was 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, and 2 bathrooms. Had to download the manual for the microwave to work out how to turn it on.

Good location
Requested additional towels but was told they could not provide

Loads of amenities, very quick responses from the host, clean and comfortable.
The third bedroom doesn't have an Aircon but if you leave the doors open then the third bedroom cools down.

Proximity to the Palace (4 blocks), the bus station ( 5 blocks) and within easy walking distance of a multitude of great restaurants and bars. There was a convenience store almost across the street, and a market 2 blocks away. There were 3 toilets and 2 showers in the apartment, a great kitchen, and a living room.
One bedroom did not have AC, but remained cool from the other 3 AC units.
