We’ve stayed here before and at this point, it is our “home away from home in Rome”. Without going over the same things in my prior review - the location is great (literally half a block from a portion of the original, 4th century B.C. Servian Walls). So many good restaurants, gelaterias and cafes nearby. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to Roma Termini and most of the things you came to Rome to see. Apartment is beautiful and well thought out. Usually it is just me, my husband and our son. This time, we took my father in law with us and he and our son shared the sofa bed, which I believe is Queen sized. Both beds are comfortable. High ceilings to keep it comfortable in the heat. Kitchen is perfect for our needs (we didn’t cook but used the fridge/freezer and would hang out there drinking coffee and eating cheese. Giuseppe is great and again helped us arrange for transport from the airport (had a bad experience a few times ago with a cab from the airport.)

Nothing. I wish more places we stayed were like it. It is so clean and well thought out it spoils us for other places.

Alojamiento muy céntrico, en una zona muy tranquila y segura de Roma, completamente renovado, amplio y luminoso, todo muy nuevo y limpio. Cama y sofá cama cómodos. Tal cual se ve en las fotos. Portero en el edifico, ascensor, aire acondicionado. Giusseppe un anfitrión excelente, nos recibió el primer día y nos enseñó el apartamento y se ofreció disponible para todo lo q necesitásemos.

Nada que objetar

I almost hate to say this, because I kinda wanna gate keep this place for myself, but everything was wonderful. From the beginning, Giuseppe was a good communicator and was a great host. The apartment was amazing - it's in an older building but it's entirely brand new, impeccably clean, quiet, with nice attention to details that made our stay more comfortable. You know how you usually have to stack your luggage in a corner somewhere? Here there is a closet the size of a small apartment just for your luggage (and some extra clothing storage). Prefer not to wear shoes in the house? There is a tray in front for them in front. Need vertical surfaces for things like - keys, paperwork, medication, a place to put your handbag? They have it all. PLUS - detailed info sheet for how everything works in the apartment (no puzzling over a laundry machine from the future in a language you don't understand). Oh yeah, plus the beds were comfortable and even though it was blazing hot in Rome, we were always comfortable with the temperature. AC worked great and bonus tip - bring those blinds down in the heat of the day - it will help keep the room cooler.

The fact that we had to leave. When we were there I told my family, "This is the best place on our trip. Enjoy it!"
