Everything was amazing from booking to the facilities. I loved how everything was near the restuarants and everything.
It was amazing
The Security Lady in front or helpdesk person was far from friendly and knows nothing about customer Service couldn't even give a simple smile

Nice and central for working in the CBD.
Kloof Street is party central over a weekend which made the stay a little noisy. Fine for travellers who are looking for a vibe, less appropriate for travellers working or competing in an event.
