Wonderful location and a great amount of space, and the view is out of this world! It was lovely to have a cleaning service during the week which we hadn't anticipated but were grateful for. Directions and Comms were fab and parking facility was very useful too.

As others have said, it would be nice if a bottle of water, a small amount of olive oil etc were left just to make the kitchen more useable. I imagine it's been a very busy summer season but the apartment would benefit from a deep clean.

The villa really did exceed our expectations it was wonderful. It is very quiet, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The terrace out back overlooking the sea is stunning and we spent alot of time sitting out there in the shade with a few drinks and just enjoying the view and the setting. There are sun loungers, chairs and a table to use outside which was perfect. The location of course is really great, just a short walk down to the beach and restaurants, but perfectly situated so the other areas of town are also easily reachable for places like the 3 Wise Monkeys. The villa was very clean and the interior is well decorated. The dedicated parking space is super easy to find and to park into, that is a great feature too! Penny the host/manager of the villa is very responsive, polite and anything we needed was taken care of straight away, excellent service! All in all we loved it and can't recommend it enough.

There really is not much at all and just a few recommendations to make it truly perfect, but none are a big deal at all. As you can't drink the tap water a complimentary bottle in the fridge would be nice - but the shop is really close by so heading out to get a few bottles is not an issue at all. The only other thing is a visitors book with instructions would be good, there is a welcome sheet with wifi details, emergency numbers and other info, but some more details on daily life in Assos (where to eat etc.) and how the appliances work would be good too - but they were easy to use anyway! So not really things we didn't like, just suggestions for the villa :)

Spacious and convenient for Assos

It would have been helpful to know the property was called Villa Verde before we arrived & a photo of it ,so we knew what we were looking for without having to call the letting agent twice. Once we had that info it was easy to find.

The villa is in an excellent location, only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and town centre. Parking is right next to the villa. The views were beautiful. Excellent air conditioning to stay cool.

While advertised as 'luxury', this is not a luxury villa and relies on it's location and views. The photos appear to be combination of two villas, as ours had no upstairs as shown in some of the photos and the layout didn't match the photos. Both showers were handheld. Niceties such as a welcome note or bottled water were not provided. The kitchen did not have essentials like salt or oil and there was not enough cutlery or glasses for 5 people. There was one tiny frying pan, so not really set up for group cooking. The grass and garden out the back were overgrown and untidy. Limited shower amenities were provided, but not really sufficient for 5 people. Overall for the relatively high cost, the villa could be better maintained and it would not cost much to provide simple comforts and improvements that you would generally expect.
