Clean good kitchen and big beds very comfortable

clear instructions on how to access the property, convenient location, spacious kitchen area and bedrooms. Clean bathroom
small driveway which is quite exposed and can't really accommodate a family car without obstructing part of the pavement, rooms lacking a fan which would have been useful given the hot weather, rubbish is stored in the front garden which is not really a garden as advertised but more of a holding space. Residents expected to take out and sort their own rubbish. Cleaning equipment left out in various places downstairs. Noisy area.
