We absolutely loved our stay in Rome! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. A huge bonus is having air conditioning in every room, especially during the hot days in Rome! The location is excellent, with metro and bus stops nearby. Even the journey to the city center feels like a little sightseeing tour, with so many beautiful sights along the way. A special thank you to our wonderful host, Massimo! He gave us such a warm welcome, showed us around the apartment, and explained everything we needed to know. Throughout our stay, he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so lovely to feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Thank you, Massimo, for making our time in Rome even more special! We had an amazing experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Massimo welcomed us very warmly, and our stay was very pleasant. The apartment has a great location, less than a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and there are many places to eat nearby. An incredible experience!

There was low water pressure in the shower, but nothing too problematic.

The host is the nicest person ever ❤️❤️❤️The property is very clean with air conditioning, comfortable beds, complete kitchen with utensils. The view is great.just 5 minutes from the subway and you have a bus stop right in front of the building.

The only downside was that when 2 people showed at the same time in the 2 bathrooms the hot water isn’t enough and one has to shower with cold water. And there weren’t enough linens for the bed like individual blankets.

Great location and nice neighborhood. The property is close to metro station and colosseum The apartment it is located in an old building but the apartment was remodeled/upgraded in the past , it has new windows, the floor is nice and it has tiles in the bathroom. The owner was very nice and he had great communication.

The neighborhood is dirty and not very safe at night. The apartment is not maintained well and was not cleaned properly when we moved in. It’s nice that the furniture and the chairs are old but it looks bad because those are not cleaned and maintained properly.
