Charming old house that is very comfortable and clean! Loved the extra roominess claw foot tub!

Loved the old charm of the room and surrounding.
The apartment only has one mini-split for a space with a separated living area, so it heats up and gets humid fast. You’re stuck choosing: close the bedroom door and the kitchen/bathroom get hot, or leave it open and the whole apartment feels humid.
Also, as a taller guy, the claw-foot tub with the wraparound shower curtain felt really cramped. The liner kept brushing against me with almost every move.

Very cozy and quiet.
Small parking area for larger vehicles and trucks.
