The staff was very friendly and breakfast was always perfectly taken care off.
My bedsheets were in my opinion never changed and I came in after the cleaning crew, found the Travello "banner" that's normally on the bed was now on the tv. Tv was also on when I came in. As if the cleaning crew was watching tv in my room. The bathroom was barely cleaned, only the toilet looked clean.

Very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was really good.
Being woken up at 4.15am by the call to prayer, although I did get used to it.

Due to fasting I didn't get chance to have breakfast but the evening meal was amazing I could not believe how friendly and kind the staff were especially Hasya and Zol
I think the temperature of the water could slightly be warmer but this was not a issue
