We very much enjoyed the absolut serene and calm environment while being only relatively short rides from many excellent hikes in the Mournes and only a super short ride down the road to a well-equipped supermarket.
The house is perfectly equipped for a weeks stay with comfortable spaces to relax after being in the outdoors.
The house is quite old but was renovated with lots of care and taste!
The only minor comment would be on the humidity in the bathroom. However, it made perfect sense given the age of the Cottage, and by no means limited how much we enjoyed our stay.

Located close to neighbouring towns allowed for lots of places to explore. Cottage was perfect, had everything you needed and was well kept and comfortable for a few nights stay. would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Hosts gave clear communication via messages and also booklet in the cottage.

Set in peaceful countryside, with private gardens, which my dog enjoyed, a picturesque traditional Irish cottage with all mod cons. Exceptionally clean and a convenient location for the Mournes.
