Location
Some places were not cleaned (example stovetop and oven grates). Also the water heater stopped working in the middle of a family member’s shower.

You pay 80% for the location of the concert venues the Coop Live is right outside and the beds are comfortable
Its a bit musty smelling and dated for the price quite noisy of a night

The communication with the owner was polite and speedy, great responsiveness.
Bathrooms were spotless and the facilities you need for a stay appeared to be at hand.
Unfortunately, for me, the standard of accommodation was not to my expectations. Damaged flat door surroundings, poorly finished kickboards, wobbly dining table, broken sofa leg, marks on walls and flooring, and very poor quality mattresses. All in all not awful, just not what I personally would want for a weekend. If I was younger and going to a concert I may think fine, but mixed age group (teen, 30s and 50s) and no-one felt they wanted to stay. We left and booked a Premier Inn at own cost. Owners communication at the time correctly reminded us that this was a non refundable booking.
