Location is excellent, kitchenette facility & laundry were 2 requirements for me and worked well.
The hallway carpets are in dire need of replacement. Too many dogs for my liking.

This is a great location if you are coming in by train. The hosts were welcoming and speak English. Be prepared to carry your bags up stairs to your room (although the very helpful hosts offer to assist if needed). The rooms are clean, small. The shower is tiny, if you are large (or a normal sized man) it will be a problem. I would stay there again.

Very clean room in a good area close to the beach and tram to go to the city center .
The service is friendly and helpful especially Tatiana who gave us also city recommendations.
I loved to stay there .

No interaction with staff, hallways have a bad smell. No toilet paper in restrooms.
